Q. How do I return an item?
Returning an item to us for a refund is easy! Please check out this page
Q. My shipment/package did not contain all the items I ordered. Why?
Please note that if your order contained more than one item, those items may arrive in multiple shipments.
Q. How do I make an exchange?
Fill out the Exchange Form and within 2 business days, you will receive an email authorizing the exchange. Once your exchange has been authorized, please ship us the merchandise you are exchanging.
Q. What does vintage/recycled mean?
Our vintage/recycled items are used clothing that have been worn. Vintage items are 20+ years old, and recycled items are anything newer than that. Occasionally we will come across an item that still has the original tags. We check each item for flaws or damage and try to include that either in the pictures or description. 
Q. What is a vintage item?
A clothing item must be at least 20 years or older to be considered vintage! This is the standard definition of vintage clothing used by retailers around the world.
Q. Can I get this item (vintage) in another size? 
Each recycled/vintage item is unique and we only have one of each, so you won’t be able to choose a different size or color. You can savor the fact that your item is one of a kind!
Q. How can I track my package?
After we have packaged and sent your order, we will email you with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your package at any time by logging in to your Ragstock.com account.
Q. How do I check my gift card balance?
You can check your current balance by entering your bar code and PIN using our Gift Card Checker
Q. I didn’t get a confirmation email after I checked out, what do I do? 
Please double check your Spam and Promotions folders, as sometimes our emails get stuck there! Still no luck? Send us an email with the FULL NAME of the person who placed the order and the EMAIL you used to check out to Orders@ragstock.com.
Q. My package never arrived! Now what?
Contact either USPS or Fedex, whichever tracking service was used (based on the tracking sent to you), and ask whether or not they can confirm delivery with your tracking number. You can also file a claim with them for a lost package. If they can’t locate your package using these methods, let us know with you full name and order number at orders@ragstock.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer both physical gift cards for stores and e-gift cards for use on Ragstock.com. Gift cards can be purchased in stores and online, while e-gift cards are available online only. Click here to visit our gift cards page.
Q. How do I place a bulk order?
